At this time, we do not offer international shipping – only DOMESTIC.

All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days (Monday-Friday). No deliveries on weekends and holidays.We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied
addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. To guarantee that your package is correctly delivered, and you obtain your order within the time frame advertised, please make sure your address, phone number and email are fully entered and correct. We do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable, we will issue a store credit for the price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number. If your tracking information indicates your order as delivered and you have not received it, please make a claim with USPS. Stylishhjunkie Closet is not responsible for packages that tracking states it has been delivered by carrier. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN PACKAGES.

Once shipped in the least likely event that your package is delayed. Please contact the shipping carrier. Stylishhjunkie Closet is not responsible for delayed packages.

Any item marked Pre-order in the product title will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the item description. If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship on or about the given ship date in the pre- order’s description. However, if you would like your in-stock items to be shipped separately from your pre-order, please make a note "to ship separate" before completing check out. Please keep in mind that you will be charged for two different shipping costs.

Stylishhjunkie Closet reserves the right to limit, refuse and/or cancel customers’ orders made on at any time due to:

  •  Irregular or excessive returns that indicate "wardrobing”.
  • Irregular or excessive returns history involving, worn, washed, dry cleaned,spot cleaned, altered, damaged, missing items.
  • Potential criminal or fraudulent activities.

Shipping fees are non-refundable for any returned or refused packages.

We ship to all domestic APO/FPO addresses using USPS. Shipping transit time may be longer.

**If your order contains multiple items and one (or more) of the items are out of stock, we will ship the remainder of your items and refund you for the item(s) not available.

What if an item is defective or is not what I ordered?

In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item, or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and credit the cost of your return shipping charges once your return is received. If you do not wish to receive a replacement item, we will gladly refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit if you would like to return the item. Please include all original packaging and attach a brief note explaining the defect or indicate on your receipt the item was shipped in error.
